Mindfulness is about being attentive and focused. Every client and inspection gets our undivided attention. Clients are welcomed to join Pam for the inspection, to meet up with at the end to review the details, or to chat by phone after the inspection. Residential inspections average 1.5 to 3 hours on site and wrapped up with a detailed, full color report which is usually emailed usually by 7 pm that day. Commercial inspections vary depending on the property with the report 2 to 5 days after the inspection.

Earlier this year I had the privilege of working with Pam on two residential home inspection projects. Within my first 10 mins of meeting with Pam it was clear to me how deep her industry expertise is and how much she values providing her clients with clarity, ensuring they understand all their options, and the implications of each choice they are facing. After our first home inspection did not ultimately end in a home purchase, we could have chosen to work with anyone for our next home inspection but we chose to work with Pam again - I think that, more than anything else I could say here, is the strongest possible endorsement of our experience working with, Pam. Pam is amazing! I contacted her on a recommendation from my realtor when we were looking to purchase a month or so ago. As the current owner had already had an inspection done, Pam went through everything with me page by page and helped me with a game plan. Rather than just charging me to come and do another inspection, she suggested I put my funds towards a perimeter drain inspection and save $$. She was honest, helpful, and saved me a whole bunch of $$. If you need an inspection, call Pam!

I asked Pam for an inspection as I wanted to know what was required for preventive maintenance and also because we are planning some renovations. Pam was incredibly helpful and thorough. I received a detailed report with pictures clearly highlighting the areas of concern. I particularly appreciated a physical walk through inside and outside in which Pam pointed out the issues and shared her knowledge about the best way to address them. It is very helpful and reassuring to have an objective evaluation.
