May 12, 2024Pam was very professional. After the first company I chose made a mistake with my address, didn’t show up, and could not find somebody for the same day, I decided to go with Pam. She started the WETT inspection and within a few minutes noticed that my woodstove would fail. At this point, she cancelled the WETT inspection and gave me some money back. She has continued to be a source of answers for me as I navigate buying a new woodstove. Fantastic service!

Within my first 10 mins of meeting with Pam it was clear to me how deep her industry expertise is and how much she values providing her clients with clarity, ensuring they understand all their options, and the implications of each choice they are facing.
