New Construction Inspection
A home is a big project and you may need help to wrap up the small details. It is common for multiple issues to be overlooked in the last stages of a build. Common issues include mold in attics and crawlspaces, construction debris left in crawlspaces, ducting in attics not connected, and other important items that you will want to know about. New Home Inspection
For homes under 10 years old – According to the Homeowner Protection Act and regulations, new homes built in B.C. by licensed residential builders must be covered by mandatory, third-party home warranty insurance. A home inspection can save owners money and stress. While the warranty states years 2-5-10, some defects must be reported before 12 months to qualify.
